Taking the day off

Well, seems I forgot to book the night off too.

BE broke around 3am so I was up most of the night updating customers.

And right now, 6pm, I am coding changes to the FireBrick, having handled loads of emails and irc questions and all sorts.

I have not played WoW at all today, which was my plan. Arrrrg!

    02 have a bit of form when it comes implementing changes without recognising the impact as Tesco and Giffgaff mobile users can testify. Good to see you have taken it to director level as there is something about their culture that seems to result in incidents like this.
