More targeted adverts?

I commented on targeted adverts.

For days, FaceBook and the like have tried to sell me  LED bulbs, because I bought some recently.

Today the ads on FaceBook have now changed.

Should I be worried?

    Since you wrote about their black boxes maybe putting you out of a job, maybe they figured you'd need a new one.

    I follow a couple of webcomic artists on Twitter. Every so often they do a bunch of very intense research on pictures of some specific type of object which they want to draw. Guess what they get adverts for shortly afterwards...
